Happy Third Reconstruction

"XKeyscore: NSA tool collects 'nearly everything a user does on the internet'" by Glenn Greenwald, The Guardian

Echoing wails of man-preyed whales
Ancient tales of vestigial tails
Canvasing sales of canvas sails
Expanded rales about diminishing rails
Desperate pales concealed in pails
Authoritarian males unauthorizing mails
Diminishing hales to expanded hails
Back breaking bales of back breaking bails.

Happy Third Reconstruction!

Whacked Their Own Wacker

Can Senators and Representatives feel embarrassment, and if so, can they feel it for 50 years?
*
We do not want to pay private corporations to snoop on US.

Shut up and pay the bill.

Are you spending our own money against US?

Of course.

Mussolini Walker married his backer
The most edible Lindsey Graham Cracker
Prince Rebus wanted to watch
While astride his toiletpaper Kotch
Everybody wiggled while they whacked their own wacker.

Not Really People Persons

From the broad meadow and manning his post conversion quickly repurposed and redefined, he adapts. He lives. His soul builds
and he lives.

Four Presidents went wild in the Capitol.
One was a grin master with smile sustainability, two are bushrangers - one hairless and one very clean, and one is a disappointment to the earth and its brothers. All made life in our world much more dangerous. Despite ads to the contrary, we figured the four were not really people persons.

Three Feet of Clay

Dear John McCain: Every time you tell a lie, every time you are a hypocrite, you will see the face of Colonel Day. Then you can thank him for saving you for this higher calling.
*
It's hard to miss him when he won't go away
Having years of practice keeping reality at bay
Ever the hot dog
Advertising he's got log
Dysfunction beyond price in his 3 feet of clay.

What is That About?

"Edward Snowden's father says he should stay in Russia", The Telegraph
Lon Snowden, father of Edward, in an interview with the AP said: "He now thinks his 30-year-old son is better off avoiding the U.S. if possible until an administration that respects the Constitution comes into office."

What if Jesus is Buddha is MuHammad is all religions? What if we all started out together but got separated along the way? What if the corrupters are them and they are US?
*
Corrupters because they are bored, defilers for something to do occasionally, tainters on most Tuesdays, spoilers because they are more comfortable with a slow rot, debasers so all will be as inferior, and perversions who wandered of the higher way, Chuck and Dave are the men of the hour.
*
The littlest people are the effete "elite"
When not allowed to lie, at least they can cheat
Lording with gall
Hoarding it all
Especially dress whites in an 800 count sheet.
*
Welcome to Chuck and Dave's retro caves.
Remember what used to be your faves?
Well, they're not,
So kiss our little robot.
Let's line this home of the grave with hungry wage slaves.
*
Ever so grateful for the great American education they received at MIT, Chuck and Dave now spend money to ensure the rest of US will not be as fortunate. What is that about?

A Cholera-Free World

The prosperous guardian of winter's retreat
Introduced himself at the meet and greet
Beloved by life's breath
And someone named Seth
We'll all go skating when it starts to sleet.
*
Will citizens unite to work our freedom and radioactive wastewater into benzine toilet products for ALEC's patooties? Will we conceal our weapons in the employee bathroom, if we are allowed to have a bathroom? Will we vote to give up eating and good health and any future votes? Who will keep US secure from the Kochs and the Bushes and the Cheneys?
*
The Bundle of Sticks
The government no longer wants to perform its security functions. So it hired a private info-mafia firm ultimately owned by a questionable but wealthy former government employee. The private company is privy to blackmailable and politically useful information on everyone everywhere, that is, everyone everywhere. Profit is the company's motive and it directs itself - without government oversight - to that end. Unwise shortcuts and cheating and crimes are the everyday norm. The you-know-what hit the fan because an honest person and recent employee could not abide the shocking criminality, and told the truth to the world. Who will be blamed for the "disturbing implications" of the government bundled with private business in an alliance against the People?
*
If only the toxic super rich were more self-reliant. If only they personally built all of their own houses. If only they made their own pillows and socks. If only they made their own canapes and apertifs. If only they made their own airplanes and cars and boats. Do we have to do everything for them?
*
As the first white person to get a mental memo about fear and hatred being dead and stinky, John Roberts was later strongly informed that voting is as crucial to a functional democracy as clean water is to a cholera-free world.
