40 years ago, before the small group of toxic super rich and their US politicians became publicly and thoroughly self-degraded, there was such a thing as Habeas Corpus and Innocent Until Proven Guilty. But that was before they began to humiliate themselves as a matter of course, before they became disgraced, dishonored and degraded, all by their own hands.

Was Garry McCarthy as grown up as a high schooler when he invited the 18 year olds to play cops with him? Probably the people older than 18 are too busy looking for jobs to play with Garry. Probably, yeah.

Indefinite detention is cruel and unusual punishment. The US government is guilty of cruel and unusual punishment in Guantanamo, which is a military concentration camp started by Bush Jr. and continued by President Obama. And in that camp, 98% of the prisoners have no charges against them. Habeas Corpus! Habeas Corpus!
