A Terrorist At All Levels

If tanks are obsolete in our new world of drones, but tanks are still a great product to sell to the Saudis and others, why not sell the 3000 gently-used tanks sitting in Nevada, rather than waste so much money building 300 new ones? Anyone willing to answer that?

Dear Pentagon: Your lie which states protesting = low level terrorism does not wash. The People have the right to protest anything. Protest does not cause, and is not intended to cause fear. It is meant to cause change. Now let's talk about drones or invasions of sovereign nations or hundreds of children killed in Afghanistan or any number of other things you do which cause fear. Are you a terrorist?

This is the most recent Afghanistan history -
In 1947, 4 out of 5 Afghanis were illiterate.
In 1977, 4 out of 5 Afghanis could read.
In 2001, 4 out of 5 Afghanis were illiterate again.
If illiterate means "unable to read and write," I have 2 questions.
Why is the Republican Illiteracy Plan (R.I.P.) the one stolen from Afghanistan? and
Who knew that we who are the US in US, could become illiterate in less than 25 years?

Each Bogus Deadline is New Again

We call everybody the taliban or al qaeda. Have you noticed that people in Afghanistan know that label isn't always true, they know things are more diverse and complicated than one label for everyone. Why don't we know that too?
It sure is nice to know where our money has been going for the last 9 or 10 years, especially since our lack of money hurts our needs here at home. Now that we know that our hard-earned tax dollars are going to the rich elite in Afghanistan, rather than to business-building and nation-building for the People, we can be proud of the failure so far as we look forward to the July bogus deadline that will be new again next year. How come the rich elite in Afghanistan do not want to pay their fair share? I wonder if they talk to the rich elite in the U.S. Neither wants to pay their fair share as they use our own money against us. Neither wants to stop taking our money next July, even if we are hungry and thirsty and naked and homeless. They never want to stop.
