   2. The Estate Tax continues to be in effect because, for the good of the country, the heirs must learn fiscal responsibility and to pay their own way.
   3. We begin to pay off the debt.
That is the opposite of a "fiscal cliff"

A Very Promising Beginning

Secession petitions have been sent to the White House as they are after every election. This time with Texas and Louisiana leading the way, and Murray Energy coal miners in Ohio are losing their jobs as a Koch/Romney thank you note, and the biggest progressive radio station in Portland Oregon was just punished by Romney/Bain and turned into a F_x Sports station. The republican strategy meeting to discuss attracting the people who did not vote for them has produced a very promising beginning.

Sedition Act of 1798

The Sedition Act of 1798, Section 2, without mentioning the fine or the prison term:

   That if any person shall write, print, utter, or publish, or shall cause or procure to be written, printed, uttered or published, or shall knowingly and willingly assist or aid in writing, printing, uttering or publishing any false, scandalous and malicious writing or writings against the government of the United States, or the President of the United States, with intent to defame the said government, or either house of the said Congress, or the said President, or to bring them, or either of them, into contempt or disrepute; or to excite against them, or either or any of them, the hatred of the good people of the United States, or to stir up sedition within the United States, or to excite any unlawful combinations therein, for opposing or resisting any law of the United States, or any act of the President of the United States, done in pursuance of any such law, or of the powers in him vested by the constitution of the United States, or to resist, oppose, or defeat any such law or act, or to aid, encourage or abet any hostile designs of any foreign nation against the United States, their people or government, then such person, being thereof convicted before any court of the United States having jurisdiction thereof, shall be punished . . . 

 

Sedition

Sedition = any act, writing, speech, etc. directed unlawfully against state authority, the government, or constitution, or calculated to bring it into contempt or to incite others to hostility, ill will or disaffection.

Donald Trump, Glenn Beck, the crazy guy from citizens united, and F_x "News" immediately come to mind. Can you think of anyone else?

A Democracy does not mean arresting people who are outdoors telling the truth while Murdoch uses his fortune indoors to bring about the downfall of the United States. From a republican spokesperson in Ohio: Conservatives in the House spent the last several years of do nothing obstruction by encouraging corporate scheming, reducing spending for the common good while increasing military spending, preventing the bush/obama tax cuts on the wealthy from expiring, planning to take away the safety nets of Medicare and Social Security, removing the poor from Welfare, narrowing energy exploration to only fossil fuels, increasing the debt, and inserting the government into doctor exams and personal lives.
