What a coincidence that your question comes on a day when republicans in Congress are doing less than nothing. They have had occasional and temporary success at shrinking government down to minute sizes to fit on probes and on examination tables and in the middle of relationships. They have failed at the education, health,
job, and shelter portions of reality.

To what do you attribute their complete lack of success?
