Adults Take Responsibility

We have Freedom of Speech in the 1st Amendment. When it is an impromptu, unrehearsed speech, we have those 10-second bite your tongue so it doesn't make room for your foot options. When it is a rehearsed speech with designated talking points, we have lots and lots and lots of time to consider our words and the ramifications of our words. Adults take responsibility either way.
