We hope and pray that Baby Doc's idea of "help" does not involve killing people again. As he killed people before. Lots and lots of people. As his father before him killed lots and lots of people. Papa Doc and Baby Doc were quite a pair.

We have almost eliminated the rope and the chair and the gas chamber and we are working on eliminating the lethal injection. Those methods are fast-acting. The slower ways are preferred, such as taking shelters away and taking food away and taking health care away. It is pokey, but so much more fun.
