Rand Paul is slick, used car salesman slick. He will fill a minute with
so many words that sound as if there is important meaning buried somewhere within. But if you try to make any sense of his words in reality, you cannot. The man is a master of deflection and diversion. He is a used car salesman, preacher man, and smoooooth politician, all rolled into one unctuous package.
