As deliberately clueless as a newborn babe and always willing to lie about it, President Obama bought into his own exceptionalism until the abusers turned and poked him in his homemade blinders. Ouch! Welcome to the ass-backwards prime directive in reverse. The NIPF is now FPIN, or Farcical Porkbellies Improve Nothing. Ain't it the truth.
