As Cute As Boy Scouts
Sure, Illinois politicians are fond of Boy Scouts. Who wouldn't be, with their cuteness of knee socks and badges? So when are pols going to start feeling the love for kindergarteners? Aren't those little buggers just as cute as Boy Scouts?
