Went to Vote
Today was primary day in Illinois. Shortly after the polls opened, the immediate area experienced 3 electrical power surges. I called the electric company, unaware that speaking to a living being in real time would be more unhelpful than speaking to the bill. It turned out that the living being was a squirrel in a transformer, just as he told me he was, and he was trained in the art of block and tackle. I cried uncle, hung up, and went to vote.

Great Candidates, Great Liars, One Slot
One candidate wears 1950's big daddy sweaters and always obeys the former george to comfort himself.
Another candidate wears 2050's broken factory shells and a killer prospectus to comfort himself.
Some other candidate wears today's neckbrace to face forward, away from history books and logical conclusions, to comfort himself.
This is a guessing game because we only have a few facts.
The former george re-introduced torture into our lives, and he really really enjoyed hearing the stories, probably still does. The present president introduced small death squads into our lives, and he really really enjoys the telling of and the taking credit for the stories, probably always will. Both excuse torturers while they punish truth-tellers. Both say one thing out of the sides of their mouths, then do the opposite. Neither has any use for habeas corpus or other necessary tools of Democracy.
The guess in the game is this - Which is the more dangerous?

Everything We Read.
Going into the state primaries on Tuesday February 28, 2012 and with 103% of the totals in, here are some rounded numbers.
Nationwide, about 3 million republicans have voted so far, with these over the top results, and gosh, they have to be rounded because they don't add up:
Mitt - 40%
Newt - 29%
Rick - 20%
Ron Paul - 12%
"Others" - 2%
That is 103%, and it makes me think
The truth is out there, but we can't believe everything we read.

Will Michigan voters prove that petitions and voting really do count?
http://repealpa4.org/RepealPA4.org/Blank.html
Will they repeal the emergency manager "law"?
Will they vote to keep the state senate?
