In Canada

If to extort = to wring money from people by abuse of authority, then Mylan and Pfizer are guilty of extortion. They see a life or death situation and quadruple the cost. Bless their corporate hearts.

If the U.S. government no longer wants to do business with Walgreens, perhaps it will buy drugs through Canada and save some money. For instance, a Mylan/Pfizer EpiPen costs $360 to $435 retail in the U.S. and it costs about $94 in Canada.
