Grass and lawns are a tradition of British castles, intended and used to see righteous anger coming at them. We still copy that tradition today. We need more fruit trees and nut trees, more vegetable gardens, more herbs, more beautiful flowers, more rain barrels. Lawns are basically useless for holding much water. Lawns are worthless in todays weather changing world. Okay, lawns are useless and worthless. And what about the polluting mowers?
