I was a special enumerator for the man, a g-man for the ages. Oh, the stories I could not tell you. Only your government knows you for sure. I met a wolf in a one-bedroom apartment. I met fat cats who jumped on my back and wouldn't let go. I met people who answered every question before I asked. I met others who answered none, even years later. I met the best and the worst, but mostly the beautiful in between. I saw it all, until my clipboard was retired. How much is a can of that food?
