Dear corporation of Corning Inc, This is a condolence letter to express our great sadness at how disadvantaged you feel. Your effective tax rate in the US is much lower than in other countries, and as a result, you have lowered self-esteem issues. Earning billions of dollars, yet paying zero taxes, and in fact receiving a refund of millions of dollars is humiliating, we know. If there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to ask. Love, US
